Guitar Hero III Guitars Go Stag Next Year
Yesterday, Activision announced the arrival of stand alone wireless guitars for Guitar Hero III. The guitars will become available for your strumming pleasure (or not) by early 2008 for the PS2, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii. Now you will be able to buy extra guitars for your friends or just have one around so you can smash it on the floor of your living room if you feel so inclined. Unfortunately, no price was given. What would you pay for the standalone guitar?

I would pay about $40-50....thats after they fix the lagging issues :)
Here in the land down under, i.e Australia. We already have stand alone guitars for Wii. I being one of the very lucky few that got my hands on a copy of the game and a spare guitar due to the fact all of it sold out in pretty much 2 days, leaving the Xbox 360 and PS3 copies plentiful.
