Mass Effect's Commander Shepard A Total Comment Whore
Having trouble finding real friends on Facebook? Add some fake ones! Bioware Community Coordinator posted links to two profiles on the social networking site for characters in the company's upcoming RPG Mass Effect, Commander John Shepard and cuddly krogan Urdnot Wrex. It's not clear whether these are official parts of the marketing campaign or just fan-created, but at the very least you'll need to sign up for Facebook, which is only slightly less evil than MySpace, in order to see pretty much anything.
You can nab Mass Effect for your Xbox 360 this November 20, and with what some people are saying about it, this thing will sell no matter how long their friends lists get.
