Tri-Ace's Infinite Undiscovery Details Reveiled.

infstupidname.jpg

As I have mentioned before, I'm a bit of a tool for Tri-Ace, and nothing from that design team is exempt from my rabid fanboyism. At the Pre-TGS press conference Microsoft released a trailer for the upcoming title Infinite Undiscovery.

The game appears to center around a man named Capel, a musician and cleric that was falsely arrested by the Sealed Army for resembling the legendary hero Sigmunt. You play as Aya, a female of the Resistance Army. The game will run in a dungeon crawler style fashion, battles taking place while exploring. This lack of transition should improve the immersion, but also allows for players to be quickly overwhelmed with monsters.

The game will be demonstrated at the Square-Enix booth during the upcoming Tokyo Game Show, so I'm sure there will more more information about this rather cryptic title soon. There has been no announcements as to what they where thinking when they named the game.
