Super Smash Bros. Brawl: Online Play Confirmed
Yep, the official Super Smash Bros. Brawl site has confirmed it. You will be able to play with friends and anybody you chose. This should bring squeals of joy from the b/f when he reads this. He's constantly looking for a challenge in that game (he is especially deadly with Peach) as he almost always wins, like 99.9% of the time.
Anyways, you'll be able to chose your own lil' icons and even send short messages while brawling by pressing one of 4 directions on the D-Pad. What will you do while the match is loading? Practice, of course! You'll be able to beat on (or off) a punching bag if you so desire. If you would like to read more, simply follow the link to the official site.
I just hope that this game will be a bit more 'accessible' as to allow me to own a little bit every now and again.

OK, that's awesome and all. But...question:
SSBB let's you use 4 different controller types to play it, including using the Wii remote on it's side. So, if I happen to be using that control scheme exactly HOW am I supposed to taunt? Am I going to taunt every single time that I move? Or am I moving my character by other means? Oh SSBB site, you raise as many questions as you answer.
