Timothy Olyphant Likes Hitman Movie

I've been a huge fan of the Hitman games since the first one hit store shelves so many years ago. Agent 47 has always been one of my favorite characters, and I've always enjoyed the emphasis on being smart rather than going in with guns a-blazing. So, it shouldn't come as any surprise that I've got a lot of hope placed in the upcoming film starring Timothy Olyphant as everyone's favorite bald assassin. Granted, I'm sure I'll walk out of the theater in October feeling like someone pooped on my heart, but hope for something good is not a bad thing to have.
Olyphant himself is saying good things about the movie, too, but I suspect that's something that just about all actors are required to do. Somehow, I think honesty is generally discouraged during media interviews Still, Olyphant's recent interview with IGN makes it seem like the filmmakers know what they were doing and just what kind of challenges they face by making a game-based movie:
Right now the focus is just to do this one and try to do it the best we could. I was really pleased. I know that videogames haven't had a great track record when they get adapted, but it felt like we had advantages here that maybe the other movies hadn't.
Time will tell on this one, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
