Saturday Morning Cartoons: DarkStalkers
Having posted dozens of video-game-based cartoons over the past year, I've learned that, by in large, there are two types: works of art created by true fans and truly painful cash-grabs meant to sell games and action figures. DarkStalkers—a game that will always hold a special place in my heart—has the fortune and the curse of having animated offerings of both varieties. This morning, however, we have the latter. So strap in, today we've got the American version of DarkStalkers... because you probably deserve to be punished.

I totally have this on DVD.
My favorite thing about it is how Anakaris keeps referring to our favorite merman as "strangely attractive" or something like that. Mummymer love ftw

Aaarghblargle. Arguably worse than the American Street Fighter cartoon, and definitely worse than the live action Street Fighter movie. Whether or not it's worse than the English version of the Street Fighter II anime is a question for the ages, but I'd rather endure root canal surgery than watch either, really...
I've been more entertained clipping my toenails.
DARKSTALKERS AND STREET FIGHTER SERIES.
Street Fighter live action film came out in 1994 and it was the worst film and now the Street Fighter series is getting a remade by the guy who directed the Doom movie.
The Darkstalkers series could make a live action film debut as long it's not too cheesy and Hollywood producer Larry Kasanoff of Mortal Kombat series should take some chance's to work with Capcom on the Darkstalkers series with movies,cartoon and live action TV series.
