Dowloadable Content Planned For Folklore

The PS3 action RPG Folklore was released as Folksoul in Japan on June 21st. At a recent Sony press event, the designer Yoshiki Okamoto announced some details concerning downloadable content for the title. There will be six download packs, or “Quest Packs” available on the PlayStation Network. Each of the packs will contain the following:
- 4 New Quests
- 1 New Costume
- 1 New Monster
Jem Alexander at PS3 Fanboy reports there is something that looks like the First Quest Pack on the Japanese PSN Store. The content is free to download and takes up a slender 24MB of space. There is an image of one of Ellen’s extra costumes that will be available. She gets a costume for each of the seven areas in the game, then six more available through the Quest Packs. 13 outfits for the game?!? Costumes, fashion, options….Oh I have to rest a second, I felt a fashion fit about to take hold of me. I think I’m better now, that is until the game drops in the US on October 2nd.

Free to download? Sweet!
Microsoft, should take notes.
A bunch of Xbox 360 games have free content, including games published by Microsoft. Can't we stop the fanboyism and all just get along?
