Steampunk Toons: Edgar And The Voyagers
In the spirit of Lectric Lich's venerable Saturday Morning Cartoons I bring you this darling gem of steampunk animation, episode 1 of Edgar and the Voyagers. For anyone with a penchant for brass and coal, Rube Goldbergs or crazy goggles: this goes out to you.
Rummaging through the vast storehouse of steampunk-enthusiast blog Brass Goggles, I espied this notable narrative lying discarded betwixt a jar of mechanical fireflies and a myopic paper squirrel. I'm not kidding.
Come, friends, and revel in the story of young Edgar, orphaned on his 13th birthday and left with nothing but a vast fortune, a collection of genius steampunk inventions, a trusty manservant and an unstoppable team of Russian commandos named, naturally, the Voyagers. (quelle Bar Mitzvah!) The ensuing adventures are sure to cure your boredom blues, ladies and gents!
Think Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends meets Jules Verne. Shalom!

That was pretty cool, actually. But then I dig steampunk type stuff.
