Lucky Europeans Get Tingle RPG... and Other Stuff
Nintendo Europe has released a huge list of upcoming summer titles for the Wii and the DS and bot, are they chocked full off great games. Most of the titles have already been released here in the States, but one in particular is a game that many of us have been anxiously awaiting on this side of the big drink. That game would be... Freshly Picked: Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland set to hit stores in a flurry of "Oooooh"'s September 19th! Other titles of note include Super Paper Mario, Trauma Center: Second Opinion, Elite Beat Agents and Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.
Hearing this announcement makes me glad the DS is region free because while I was able to play a little bit of the Tingle game in Japanese, it was impossible for me to understand what was going on. I'm looking forward to being able to read what I'm sure is stellar dialogue from everyone's favorite green suited fairy wanna-be. Maybe now we can finally put to rest the great debate over his rather questionable sexuality.

I feel so wrong looking forward to TingleRPG, but at the same time, it feels so right.

There they talk about the game and apparently Tingle's, at once not apparent, but now supposed heterosexuality. Go figure.
In fairness, it would be kind of offensive for Tingle to be the only out gay character in all of Nintendo-dom, ever. I mean, come on.
Now, if Wario and Mega Man* came out, too, that'd be different.
*I know, I know... Capcom character. But, Roll sure didn't stick around too long.
