There's a multiplayer elements that sounds kind of cool, but the rest does remind me of a Phoenix Wright like game. It'll probably never come to the states, but with the Death Note anime coming, you never know.
You know a Anime is going to be ungodly popular when the swag hits Hot Topic before the anime release.
Oh look, Ryuk dropped his notebook there. (I wish I was joking, they do sell Death Note Notebooks.)
So we might see them come here, especially with Phoenix Wright and Hotel Dusk being so popular. Suspense is the new 'in' when it comes to video games.
It's not in the commercial, but the most obvious gameplay for a DS Death Note game would be for the touch screen to act as the notebook paper. Writing down names and watching people die? I guess that could be fun. In a way.
