Uwe Boll: ROBBED!
I am shocked. Just shocked. And maybe a little appalled. Oh, and angry, too. It's not because of anything that happened to me, either: I am upset because Uwe Boll has been denied his rightful place in film history by being snubbed (again) at the annual Razzie Awards held last night.
The mans horrifically inept adaptation of Bloodrayne, which managed to utterly destroy my faith in both Michael Madsen and Ben Kingsley as actors of any caliber whatsoever, was nominated for a grand total of six Golden Raspberries but managed to walk away with none whatsoever. It's stunning that a "film" nominated for Worst Picture, Worst Actress, Worst Supporting Actor, Worst Supporting Actress, Worst Director and Worst Screenplay could be so blatantly ignored when it was actually time to hand out the awards.
However, seeing as how Bloodrayne barely managed to limp into theaters and was practically a straight-to-DVD flick anyway, I guess I can understand that the Razzies' judging committee might not have found it to be quite the affront that Basic Instinct 2 was. Still, can't we give Boll an honorary award for churning out so much crap on a regular basis?

umm... i never even knew there was a bloodrayne movie...
Hey now, he still has a chance to redeem himself on BloodRayne 2.
It's got VAMPIRE COWBOYS. Seriously.
I've seen bloodrayne. I didn't think the directing was all that bad. The screenplay was wretched, which affected the actors delivery. Because, really, it takes a great actor to deliver well poorly written lines, the problem is, great actors know better.
But, to the point, I can totally understand why he wouldn't win for worst director, because considering the absolutely abysmal script and the appropriately bad acting, he did a phenomenal job getting a movie that's halfway watchable.
Uwe Boll's movies are so terrible, so awful, they're almost as bad as watching George Foreman take on a first grade class. It's so awful, but you can't look away, just in case something REALLY awful happens.

Basic Instinct 2 was (hard to believe I know) MUCH worse than all of Bolls output combined!
Boll is the vampire-god of movies, much like jack thompson is the master of bad campaigning. Both thrive on being publicly butchered. Heck, Boll even makes money that way, receiving huge tax cuts for every tanked movie.
In essence, both can only be fought by ignoring them completely. There are only so many actors who haven't already seen through his scheme. Boll will soon die off and retire like the twisted tick he is.
I didnt think the film was that bad, Madonna would have won everything if she had a movie out last year,lol

Vampire cowboys aren't so bad...remembering John Carpenter's Vampires with a shiver...Thomas Ian Griffith...

OKAY none of you Played the game if your saying Vampire Cowboys aren't that bad and thinking he will redeem himself. BULLSHIT This is the worst movie i have ever seen in my life!!! It was suppose to be based during world war 2. It was suppose to have Nazi's. It was suppose to have a Hott ass chick that was badass not confused and depressed. It was suppose to have Rayne who is BADASS and her pants didn't hang off her ass!!!! If you are going to be a Director for video games follow them correctly. PLEASE as i am going to do. I was planning on before Bloodrayne came out to make a movie and i still am going to. But hopefully BOLL didn't destroy it for me. What a Horrible Director. NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER OCCUPATION. The movie i make Will and is going to follow the game perfectly. Right time period and it won't be one lame 2 hour film. it will have to be four or more movies. And now he is going to destroy all these other video games such as Dungeon Seige and hes makinig another bloodrayne please why can't he stop destroying it for us. Hes killing me and he thinks he is doing a good Job... Oh please. Boll get a life Directing is not part of it... sorry
