Big Black 360 Coming To Australia? [Updated]

GamersReports (according to a source of theirs) has let loose some news that a 120GB black Xbox 360 is headed to Australia. On top of that, it's been given a price, a release date and an HDMI port. This could be the Zephyr that people were rumbling about a couple weeks ago. The updated 360 is set at $749 AU with a release date in April. You hear that? April...that makes me suspicious given that Arpil 1st is April Fools Day, but we'll see when it gets here, eh?
On the flip side, Microsoft did announce a reduction of shipped 360s and this could very well be the reason. Clear up some space to make room for the new model. GamersReports source also states that Microsoft will try to push the April release up into late March to counter the PS3s March 23 debut in Australia at Myer department stores across the country. Only time will tell if there is anything truly concrete to this...but I'm hoping it's true.
[Update]: Mr. Luke Plunkett, of Kotaku, was kind enough to drop me a note that the black 360 "is indeed for realz." That excites me very much. He contacted Myer department stores all over Australia and was informed by the helpful staff that the system does exist. In addition to that, Microsoft staff have been present at the stores showing off their new toy. Mr. Plunkett also points out that if one tacks on the HD-DVD drive (AUD$249), the cost comes to AUD$997, which is $2.95 cheaper than the PS3. Way to go, Microsoft. Beating them out by just a couple bucks has gotta sting.
120Gig Black Xbox360 With HDMI Official!? [GamersReports]

Bit pointless now.....
If I am to jump on the HDM HD Next-gen wagon now, I can choose between 360 and PS3, both for same price if I want to watch HD movies (I do own an HD ready plasma).
Unfortunately, I am going for Sony. I hate the brand, hate them to pieces, but I've been burnt by Microsoft before...
By the end of March, when PS3's euro launch rolls on... I'm getting one, with Motorstorm.
And some BR's
Cheers
