Support Our Troops...With Halo 3!
This must be a real treat for our boys and girls overseas: it looks like Bungie has sent Halo 3 for some “real battle testing” in Iraq. It’s not quite the same as electing a government who will either keep them safe with adequate equipment, numbers, or strategy, (or bring them home), but it’s a genuinely awesome treat for some guys who absolutely deserve a sneak peek at one of the hottest games of the coming year.
I can’t even quite muster up any jealousy, if indeed the story is as innocuous as it sounds (shadows of Ender’s Game creep to mind, but come on); it’s an even better idea than the time Timsy and I ran away to join the USO.
