Jump Ultimate Stars Fighting Gameplay Video!
Ever since we wrote about the new imports available at Gamestop I’ve considered getting my hands on Ganbarion’s Jump Ultimate Stars for the DS. I don’t kid myself into thinking that JUS will ever be localized for manga loving Americans, but I’ve never played an imported game, mostly because of my OCD nature. Although my extensive knowledge of manga and nominal knowledge of the Japanese language would keep me from being completely in the dark, being unable to read every line on every screen would make me go a little Joan Crawford.

But after seeing this video, I’m just going to have to resign myself to completely losing my shit. We have some Luffy doing what he does best (how fun does controlling those rubbery parts look??) before KO’ing, and then an older Naruto in his new outfit fighting the rest of the time. Keep your eyes peeled for your favorite characters from Buso Renkin, Gin Tama and more.

I’m not one to shy away from imports, but aside from the license, I don’t see what the draw is of this game. The graphics/style seem a bit dated. Upon first look, I questioned whether it was DS or GBA.
Also, import from Play-Asia.com or elsewhere, but don’t support Gamestop. ;-)
I managed to come across an import of Jump Superstars(the first game), and I enjoyed it very much, This one looks a lot better.
