Wario Ware Smooth Moves, Showing People How To Disco Terribly
The great thing about the Wario Ware games is just how Japanese they are. The odd sense of humor pervades throughout the games, and it’s part of the twisted fun. Gongs going off! Funny little faces in thick contour! Strangely shaped food items! Gruff voices telling me what to do! Now throw in some bad dancing and well… you’re looking at a good time.
I, for one, am looking forward to slapping my ass to the beat of a drum in front of my friends, and for the first time in my life being in the right. In fact, I plan on laughing at the less experienced as I amass points.
I hereby proclaim this the must-have party game of the Wii, until the Wii version of Mario Kart comes out. Which is something that will happen, but I’m having trouble wrapping my head around. How will it play?

I’ve never had so many party games on my must-get list before the Wii. Besides Wii Sports, which I never would have given a thought to if I had to buy it separately, there’s Rayman, Monkey Ball, and by this time next month, Wii Play and Wario Ware. It’s insane.
And the sad part of it is, I’m getting all these party games and then I’ll have to spend all my time trying to lure people into my apartment to play them with me. My partner won’t be able to play most of them because of his heart condition. He already got himself out of breath just playing Wii Baseball. Glad Wario Ware is still fun single-player, because I’m thinking if he plays some of these games, the ambulance will have to be called.
Laugh it up, pretties, this is you in 30 years…. especially if you smoke.
I’m gonna look so silly playing this…. I LOVE IT SIGN ME IN~!!!!! (^O^ )
looks great. it could only be better if they had recreated the dance from daft punk’s around the world.
Looks like the development team really enjoyed making Rhythm Heaven.
I love making a jackass of myself in front of my friends. Wario Ware: Smooth Moves is a must buy for my gaming library.
This is amazing. My gaymer group in college are in love with the dancing minigame in Rayman, so WarioWare is definately going to be a big hit.
I imagine that’s what an acid trip is like.
