Tingle Fan Art
Back in late October, we posted some fan art by Deviant Art-ist, torokun, poking fun at Jack Thompson and his status as an Ace Attorney. It was good! Well, today, this arrived via our spiffy (and fabulous) carrier pigeon service and I had to post it immediately! Behold! “The Legend of Zelda: Shadow of Tingle”!!! Torokun explains how this work of art came to be:
Let me try to expalin how this piece came about… I was reacting to gaymer’s recent vote on most “gay” character… which happens to be Tingle from the zelda series. So, I wanted to depict him in more macho representation… But, with clothes like his… it’s hard to avoid making him appear homoerotic…
No kidding, he continues:
So, I was thinking… ‘Well, he is such a small fella in the game… what if I make him into a giant? Why… Link can hunt him down! Like in the Shadow of Colossus! Stale Altoids! Batman! I got it!’
My, Tingle, how you’ve…grown. Not only is he the gayest of video game characters, he’s the biggest! Click on the pic to see just how big Tingle is.
Good work torokun, we love supporting the arts and encourage you to send us your fan art. We can’t wait to see what else you come up with.

wow he looks even more gay than before… why is link shooting a ray of light from his sword to his crotch?
It looks like Tingle’s giving Link a golden shower. Tiny, did you draw this?
Petey are you suggesting that is Tingle tinkle? What were you saying about having a mind in the gutter?
It’s a Zelda Parody of Shadow of the Colossus.
AWESOME one at it!!! I LOVE IT!!!! ( -)
That is the most disturbing thing I’ve seen in a while. . .
Looks like Giant Tingle needs to up his fiber intake.
I can only guess where is this Colossus’ weak point… eheh
wow!, i love it!, Tingle colossus hehehe
OOOOooomg,...this drawing is amazing! Torokun, amazing work! I'm sure you've been told millions upon millions of times, but you have top notch drawing/drafting skills!
I can draw pretty well, but not in this grandeur! The details you've worked on and the attention to proportions are astounding! I couldn't draw feet, hands or faces like that...yet.
Very nice work,
