Fantastic Flash with: The Missile Game 3D
If you can rip your self away from your Wiis for a minute, check out this little 3D flash game called The Missile Game 3D. You play a giant controllable seeker missile as you travel down a series of tubes, trying to keep from smashing into the walls or little rotating doors. The doors have different shapes cut into them. As you go faster, it becomes more difficult to keep from careening into everything in your path.
Damien of DX Interactive, completed this game in a month as a means to learn 3D Flash. He’s using this game as a stepping stone for a space age 3D police chase game.
Great idea, and effective use of a 3D Flash to create a palatable sense of depth and space. You feel yourself get drawn into the action pretty quickly, by physically ducking a dodging out of the way of your obstacles.
