Seaman 2 Update
Sega revealed in Tokyo that Seaman 2 will be heading to Japan on the PS2 next year. No plans have been made to bring the game to the states.
Seaman 2 enters new territory with a new kind of pet, a mini neanderthal man, instead of a bitchy humanoid-fish thing. The story goes, these wee neanderthals were discovered in Peking China. A Russian scientist took the bones and cloned the mini men to sell as pets.
You can speak with your pet, like the original. A new controller with a built in microphone will be available with its release.
Let’s hope that Sega brings this one stateside. I still wake up in cold sweats thinking of the birth of the baby seaman. The babies jettison from the nautilus giggling happily, as the creature is in death throes. C’mon Sega, do it to me one more time. I dare ya.
