Microsoft Will Fix Your 360, For Free
Microsoft is now fixing 2005 models of the 360, by extending their warranty until the end of the year. Danzuke over at bits, bytes, pixels & sprites recounts his tale of a broken 360 and a return check for $139. Now that’s customer service with a smile.
So every console made before before 2006 is totally covered. If you have had your console repaired and you bought your system before Christmas, contact M-soft and you might find a check at your doorstep. Unfortunately, it’s not an oversized check and Ed McMahon will not deliver it. Shucks!
